New Client Area & Billing System Released Today!

We are proud to announce the release of our new Client Area & Billing System!

Client Area Features

The One Stop Area for our Customers

Our new Client Area is a single centralized place where our customers can manage and update their account, view details of the services they have with us, order more services and obtain support on issues.

Ordering & Invoice Paying

Our new ordering system is clear and concise with a minimal amount of steps and provides full guidance throughout the ordering/bill pay process. With our new Billing System, our customers can place orders for multiple items at a time and pay in one single transaction. As soon as customers login to the new Client Area, they will be alerted to any outstanding invoices (if applicable) - providing them with direct links to view/pay any outstanding invoices.

Our new Client Area also makes it easy to order add-ons for existing products & services that our customers have with our company. Also, the new Client Area makes it easy for our customers to make upgrades or downgrades to their existing Hosting packages.

Contact Information

From within the Client Area, our customers can update their personal information, billing details and change their Client Area password. They can also setup multiple alternative contacts inside their main account to receive the various emails that PWC Hosting Company sends out to them.

Products & Services Management

The Client Area allows customers to see all the products & services they have with our company and their respective status. It shows information such as the name of the service, date it was ordered, next due date, billing cycle, amount that will be due and any add-ons which they have associated with it.

If the product is an electronic download it will also list the downloadable files associated with it and provide links to upgrade or downgrade the product and configurable options it has. With hosting accounts, our customers now have the capability to reset their account password and login to the hosting account directly from within our new Client Area.  

Domains Management

Our customers can now manage all aspects of their domains from within the new Client Area- including: nameservers, WHOIS contact information; domains lock status, DNS Record Management & Email Forwarding (some features available at an additional cost). Customers can now also order domain renewals at any time should they wish to renew their domain in advance of the automated invoice that goes out prior to the renewal date.

Getting Support

From within our new Client Area, our customers can now get all the support they need. Our new Client Area features an integrated Knowledgebase- where customers can quickly find FAQs and other helpful information.Likewise, we have now integrated a new state-of-the-art Support Ticket System that allows for our customers to request support 24/7.

In addition, our customers can simply send an email to support@pwchosting.com or sales@pwchosting.com and a Trouble Ticket will automatically be created and submitted to our Support Department or Sales Department respectively.

Other Client Area Tools

Our new Client Area also features an “Announcements” section to keep our customers up to date on any news or important announcements, a “Downloads” area where our customers can download any files relative to their account, and a “Service Status Page”- where our customers can monitor the server status of our Hosting Network.

All in all, we feel that our new Client Area is a step in the right direction to continuing our quest of not only giving our customers more value for less money, but expanding our Customer Base in an effective manner- by continuing to provide our customers with 1^st class services at affordable rates!
